The factory behind 8PCK started as a small blow-molding workshop in Shantou — the city that supplies a large share of the world's cosmetics and personal care packaging. Fifteen years later we run 20+ production lines across 7,800 m², with our own mold shop on the same site.
That last part matters. When the mold shop is in the building, a shape change takes days instead of a month, and nobody can tell you "the supplier is late".

Extrusion blow molding
HDPE and LDPE bottles from 30 ml to 5 L, including multi-layer barrier structures.
Injection stretch blow
PET and PETG bottles with high clarity and tight wall tolerance, from 10 ml to 1 L.
Injection molding
Caps, pumps, jars and closures, with in-mold colour matching.
Tube extrusion
PE and ABL tubes from Ø 16 mm to Ø 50 mm, with flip, screw and nozzle caps.
Decoration
Silk screen, hot stamping, spray coating, soft-touch and pressure-sensitive labels.
Assembly & packing
Bottle + pump + label assembled and polybagged, ready for your fulfilment centre.
Small orders are not an inconvenience
Most factories quote you 20,000 pcs and stop replying under that. We keep 3,000+ molds in stock precisely so a 1,000-piece trial order is commercially sensible for both sides.
