Three gates, every batch
Incoming material
Resin grade, colour batch and MFI verified against the approved sample before the line starts.
In-process
Weight, wall thickness, neck dimension and colour checked hourly against the golden sample.
Pre-shipment
AQL 2.5 sampling, plus the functional tests below on every production run.
The tests that matter at the filling line
A bottle that looks perfect can still fail at your filler. These are run on every batch, and reports ship with the documents.
- Leak test — filled and inverted for 24 hours
- Drop test — 1.2 m onto concrete, filled
- Cap torque — open and re-close cycles
- Pump dose — output volume per stroke
- Neck gauge — go/no-go on thread and bore
