Founded in 2011 in Haojiang
The factory started with injection moulding for caps, added blow moulding for bottles, then extrusion for tubes. Today 20 lines run across 7,800 m², with the mould shop and QC lab in the same building.
Most of our customers are distributors and brand owners in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. The work is repeat orders on stock moulds, plus the occasional new shape.
Milestones
Fifteen Years, in Five Lines
| 2011 | Company founded in Haojiang District, Shantou. Injection moulding for caps. |
| 2014 | First blow moulding line. Bottles added to the range. |
| 2017 | In-house mould shop opens. Tooling lead time drops from 45 to 20 days. |
| 2021 | Extrusion lines for tubes. Export markets pass 30. |
| 2026 | rPET and PCR grades added; PPWR declarations issued per order. |
