What is your minimum order quantity?
1,000 pcs per colour on an existing mould. Below that we can quote stock colours from inventory.
Is there a tooling cost?
No on the 3,000+ moulds we already hold. A new blow mould starts at USD 800 and takes 15–20 days; an injection mould for a cap starts at USD 3,500.
How long does production take?
25–35 days after sample approval for stock colours. Custom colours and heavy decoration add 5–7 days.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples from existing moulds are free, freight collect, and leave within 7 days.
Which compliance documents do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (certificate PCC85721Q00018R0S), a RoHS verification of compliance, and an EU 10/2011 + 1935/2004 overall migration test on PE grades. PET and PETG declarations are issued per order.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes, to a Pantone reference. Colour matching is quoted per colour and the MOQ applies per colour.
What decoration can you apply?
Silkscreen in 1–4 colours, hot stamping, spray coating (matte, gloss or soft-touch) and label application. MOQ is 1,000 pcs for silkscreen and labels, 3,000 pcs for hot stamp and spray.
Can you copy a bottle I already have?
Yes. Send a sample or a drawing — we check it against the 3,000+ moulds on the shelf first, because an existing mould means no tooling cost and no 20-day wait.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. 7,800 m² in Haojiang District, Shantou: blow moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, decoration and assembly under one roof, with 120 staff and an in-house mould shop.
Which markets do you ship to?
More than 40 countries, mainly the United States, the EU, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Can we audit or visit the factory?
Yes — a 30-minute video tour, or visit in person; we collect from the high-speed rail station.
What are your shipping terms?
FOB Shantou or Shenzhen as standard, CIF on request. Packing data per SKU is published so you can calculate container load before you ask.
