What Are the Payment Terms?

30 % deposit on order, 70 % against the bill of lading. Payment goes to CXWN, the factory — 8PCK does not invoice.

The Standard Split

Thirty percent deposit to start production, seventy percent against the copy of the bill of lading. That is the standard arrangement for a first order and it protects both sides: the factory is not financing the resin, and the buyer is not paying in full before the goods ship.

Who Invoices

CXWN issues the contract and the invoice. 8PCK is the export desk: we handle the English, the specification and the follow-up, but the commercial documents are the factory's.

Why 30/70

The deposit covers resin and machine time; the balance is released against the bill of lading copy, when the goods exist and are on board. Neither side is exposed for the whole order.

For repeat customers the split sometimes moves to 20/80; for a first order with a new mould it does not.

What the Paperwork Protects

The contract names the specification, the quantity and the tolerance. The invoice matches it. If a batch fails inspection, the payment terms are what makes a remedy possible — which is why the balance is against documents, not against arrival.

Frequently Asked

Can I pay by letter of credit?

Yes, for larger orders; the bank charges are shared as agreed in the contract.

Is the deposit refundable?

It covers resin and tool time, so it is not refundable once production starts.

Who do I pay?

CXWN, the factory. The invoice comes from them.

Can I pay on delivery?

Not on a first order. After two clean orders, terms are negotiable.

Which currency?

USD, by bank transfer to CXWN.
