The Engineering Behind a Pack That Does Not Leak
Most custom projects fail at a joint, not at the bottle: a thread that does not seal, a wall that flexes under a pump, a plated surface that an acid formula eats. Four pages on how we design around that.

Buyers send a drawing and ask for a price. The price is the easy part. The hard part is the sentence that follows: "will it work?" That question is answered by four things — the wall, the joint, the chemistry and the test plan — and each of them can be decided before steel is cut.
We write these pages for the person who has to sign off the sample: it is cheaper to argue about a groove depth now than to rebuild a mould after a failed leak test.
