Pharmaceutical Bottles: the Container, Not the Medicine
A pharmaceutical bottle is HDPE with a child-resistant closure and a documented specification. We supply the container; the licence holder qualifies the product.
Pharma packaging is a documentation exercise as much as a moulding one: the bottle, the closure and the liner have to be specified and held consistent batch to batch.
The free Bottle Spec Checker tests whether your neck fits the closure and whether the wall survives a pump stroke.

What We Supply and What We Do Not
We mould and supply the container: HDPE bottles, child-resistant closures, induction liners. We do not fill, and we do not issue pharmacopoeia compliance for the finished product.
Container
Bottle, cap, liner — with dimensional specification.
Documents
Resin declaration, dimensional report; the drug qualification stays with the licence holder.
Child-Resistant Closures
A push-and-turn CR cap is the most expensive part on a small pharma bottle, and it has to be tested on the specific bottle rather than supplied loose.
Batch Consistency
Pharma buyers care about dimensional consistency more than colour. Keep the mould, the resin grade and the process window fixed, and say so in writing.
