Keep one filled, approved sample as the reference for the production run.
Cost and Lead Time
Closures are quoted per 1,000 pcs and up, with a separate tooling cost only if the shape does not exist. Standard caps and pumps are stock items; anything moulded for you starts at 3,000–5,000 pcs.
